Yay it’s feedback time!
Here as well it pays to be organised so i’ll share some tips and we’ll also look at how to receive feedback – so it doesn’t feel like a punch on the nose – and how to give feedback – a critical skill in life and especially if you are a manager with aspirations to be a leader.
