skills, resources, aspirations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Understand themselves and others <\/strong> &#8211; values, ambitions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Develop themselves<\/strong> &#8211; vision, posture, leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The person has a specific goal they wish to achieve and the coach will facilitate this process by stimulating reflection and encourage action..<\/p>\n<p>How does Executive coaching work?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coaching is confidential<\/strong>.
